Position Purpose: The Sales Trainer assists the leasing team’s execution of the sales life cycle from lead-generation to closing, meets individual sales goals, participates in relevant marketing events, develops a deep understanding of all accounts associated with assigned teams, and ensures proper executions of team’s essential functions, policies, and procedures. This role will also develop and facilitate sales-related courses, seminars, and workshops for new and experienced multifamily employees to meet the goals and objectives set for the property and the company.
